Is this too good to be true?

Just got my reply to buying ten of these cameras .....

"The price for 10 cameras is 3700 GBP including all shipping costs.
I am very sorry, but I do not meet with buyers from the net on first deal because of bad experience from the past.
I am located in London, Uk and the item will be shipped from here..This will not be a problem because we will deal through shipping company and we will be both protected..
I shipp you the item first.The shipping company inspect the item to see if it is stolen, new or used because the package is insured and e-mail you tracking number and payment instruction to one of theire agents.After this you receive the item and inspect it for 7 days.If you will keep it you will tell the company to give me the money.If you will not keep it you will send it back with the same company and the costs are covered by me...

I've many times been tempted to break in to Tim's stronghold but it is protected by killer ducks.... very dangerous.
