Is this store for real ?!!.

seems it, but they have a D40x for £319 which isn't that bad is it?

I've noticed this sometimes with microglobe, having said that i bought my nikon 70-300mm VR lens from them for £309, which is the best price i could get in this country at the time, may be worth giving them a ring if your intereted in that model

I suspect someone needs to sort out the stock showing online, they're also listing the 300D and a few other discontinued lines.

TBH, the 17-55 is listed at just under £800, which is not that bad. Yet, the 80-200 AF-S is quoted at £1200! Not a chance!

Tell you what though - you go into their store on Tottenham Court Road & haggle with them - you'll not beat their prices then!

Pxl8 probably hit the nail on the head, lack of maintenance on their site.

Wonder what excuse the Amazon seller has.

I've used microglobe in the past, with some success and some failure.
The prices and stock levels seem a bit hit and miss, some bargains to be had sometimes though.

Yep - agree with that too as my experience

There are some bargains to be had from that site. But I've found there crossed out rrp prices to be a bit optimistic making "their" price look a lot better than it is.

My SB800 flashgun came from Microglobe - the cheapest price around at the time. I guess its like anywhere else - you have to shop around.

Likewise my SB-800 came from Microglobe and just yesterday I bought the MB-D10 grip for the D300 from them and that was £90 cheaper than a lot of places including WE.

Like everywhere you need to shop around and sometimes you will find a bargain.

Yeah, you can pick up some amazing bargains there for sure.
