The obvious answer is of course it is.....but then I can't help wondering why someone would bother to photoshop an image where the main subject is OOF....
 
I'd say yes also but you should know as its your shot. The EXIF data says the camera is registered to you anyway.
So is it critique of your Photoshop skills your looking for?
To me the orb looks too flat on the image with no real dimension to it. But that could be due to the lack of reflection in the glass, or the lens being OOF.
 
As a tip though:

It looks 'flat' because the orb is shot from a different perspective to the lens image.

For successful compositing, the perspective and lighting needs to match perfectly.
 
Yes, I'd say it has been Photoshopped... to add a copyright symbol and name to the edge of the mouse mat (top centre of shot). I claim my prize!

No it's not, anything bright reflected on the filter would be repeated on the other glass surfaces (like the ceiling light is)
 
No it isn't photoshopped, as it would be much better if it had been.

I think I might misunderstand what you mean "no its not" do you mean it's not a reflection or its not photoshop?? The reason the lens is OOF is because I grabbed focus off my iMac screep as to keep the orb in focus off the reflection as much as I could. The reflection of the light just to the left of the orb is from a desk lamp to the left of the shot
