I've been given the task of purchasing and setting up a new netbook for our club secretary, something he can easily fit into a backpack, preferably not a full sized laptop.
This is just for club business only, it's main use will be running MS Office (probably Home & Business package) Word, Outlook and a little bit of excel, printing, pdf files, Avast antivirus and browse internet.
He will not be allowed to install or download personal stuff onto it, viewing videos and photo editing & storage will not be an option.
Would this netbook > http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/lapto...r-aspire-v5-121-11-6-laptop-21286174-pdt.html be quite sufficient for the job, after all the usual junk that comes with a new computer is removed ?
I know there are better and a bit more powerful netbooks around I could be wrong but all we need is something basic to do the job.
