Is this Lighting and white screen any good?

You need at least two lights for the background alone, then you need at least one more for the subject.
Lights are triggered by a cable or wireless device from the camera. Ends your camera have the right socket? Check the instructions.
Would I buy it? Probably not unless I knew the lights to be a good make.

is this white screen and lighting any good? if not which is for the cheapest price on the market?

and what do i need to do for the lights to flash when i press the shutter button?:S

- New to lighting,studio equipment ect.. sorry:lol:

Sorry Josh, but that's rubbish. And it's not flash.

To do the white background look (if that's what you're asking, and it's not the easiest thing for a newcomer to studio work to try first) you need three flash heads with suitable modifiers. Think min £100-150 upwards each, inc stands etc. Plus background.

Hi Josh,

The backdrop, stand, lighting stands and umbrellas look pretty similar to the ones I've been using for the last couple of years. The backdrop stand is light, easy to set up and take down but sturdy too. You can have it 1, 2 or 3m wide depending on your requirements at the time and even at 3m wide I can light it from behind with a single speedlight on full power. The only items I've added to the kit are some clamps from B&Q (other DIY stores are available) to pull the backdrop taught and remove any creases in the material - it's really too big to iron at home :)

I agree with HoppyUK with regards to the lights - they look poor quality and at only 125W are a bit low powered too. Personally, I prefer to use speedlights both for the control they give and the fact that I can use them on the camera too - I'm far too tight fisted to pay out for two sets of lights :D

I bought all of my kit separately from Amazon and the total cost was a shade over £150, including wireless triggers and receivers for the speedlights.

Hope that helps

Thanks everyone, can someone direct me to a bundle then thats good, i really don't know where to look tbh for the best one at a good price:S

Cheapest studio flash that can be recommended with confidence is the Lencarta Smartflash - £107 each I think, plus stand and modifiers etc. You can save a bit buying 2 or 3 head kit.
