Is this carbon tripod any good...? Anyone got one...?

Hi all,

I have decided to get a new tripod, i already have a Manfroto 222 twist grip so i only really need the legs.

I know this is from Jessops but is it worth a punt based on the fact that it is Carbon fiber for £80 and probably 10% off via quidco as well.

Or should i just get some Alu legs for the same sort of price.

In all honesty, for £80 or less I don't think you can go far wrong. If you don't like it I'm sure you could sell it and get all your money back and maybe more.

I guess it depends if £80 is a lot to you.

It could be a great little tripod - or it could be in the 'buy cheap. buy twice' catagory which most cheaper tripods fall into.

Can you get to a shop and try one?
