Is this a good price for canon 10-22mm?

Yep that looks about right. When i bought my Sigma 10-20mm i also looked at the Canon 10-22mm and that was about the money i was looking at.
 
I paid an extra £15 I think and got a brand new one from Kerso but that was without lens hood.
