Is this a good price for a polarising filter Sony?

I tried one of these and found it just didn't perform, have noe gpt a b&w
certainly a case of you get what you pay for as a member said on another thread, buy cheap pay twice ;)
 
That is a cheap and nasty piece of kit.
And it's cheap for a reason. Probably because it's CRAP!!!
It will seriously deteriorate the quality of your shots.

The rule of thumb with filters, if you really have to use them is to spend GOOD money on them.
Even then I given to believe you'll still lose some image quality........
 
I just want one to take pics out of windows. But I guess it's best to give it a miss.

Is it a good price? Yes. (if it were high quality)
Is it any good? Probably not.
 
should do,works on both of mine.there not the best money can buy but its a good way to learn!
