Is this a good deal? (Jessops)

I am wanting to set up a small studio at home to practice shooting portraits and objects. I have seen this on the Jessops site:

Can you tell me if this is a good deal at £199?

What are the limitations of this equipment as it seems so cheap there must be something bad about it?

Will I get good results using it?

More powerful lights, kit bag, reflector, remote trigger and receiver. Would seem more logical.

If you are willing to up your budget by £100-£150 then you could be looking at the Lencarta Smartflash range and the Elemental Genesis MkII range (My Review)

I don't know the fugle range personally but I've used those interfits and they're ****

neither are s fit, so if its viable to push to the genesis lights I would because then any bits you buy can be moved onto newer lights or they make great backups if you decide to progress
