is this a 100% crop..?

not quite sure how to make one - but after a search

loaded my image into Photoshop Elements
expanded view to 1:1
cropped out a bit about 960 x 660 to upload to PhotoBucket

from the Nikon 55-200 DX VR i just bought ..
shot at 100mm - f11 - 1/400 - ISO400 - Jpeg/large/fine
no in-camera processing
no sharpening

does this look OK..?

Yes 1 to 1 crop. (100% ) But if it is a jpeg there will be some processing
