Bill, There is a thread in the general section under ("Capture A Stranger Street Style") that a lot of us use and anyone can add to.

Other than that I also put street style shots in the "People & Portraits" section.

I'm the same as George - I just post my street shots under People and Portraits... we've asked a few times about a dedicated street section but the concensous is they don't want to break down the forum with smaller sections..
