Yes
I have just put a lot of my rolls of unused film for sale on ebay. Because i've not been shooting film and it is starting to be all a bit out of date. Not much but a bit.

So here i have listed 30 lots of 35mm, 120, and polaroid type 100.

Of my 30 listing the one which for now as the most bidder, watchers and a good price going on is 6 rolls of agfa vista plus 200. Going at the moment at 14.50£. Am I missing something? These were bought from poundland at 1£ a roll!

Yeah, some people are obsessed with the stuff, though I do find if its nearish its expiry date, the crowd who cry Lomo! don their hats at jaunty angles and start bidding immediately.

But can they not get it at poundland?
Of all my listing that was the least interresting one the one i thought i'll get 3-4£ for it!

Wow. I have two sealed bricks of 10 of the stuff. One in the fridge. One on the freezer. They are close to being out of date.

Just lie to say I have kept them at room temperature & as Del Trotter said, "This time next year we could be millionaires" lol.

Seriously have been thinking of getting rid of mine on ebay though. No offence to Vista which is fine but as I get so little time to shoot lately would rather load Ektar/Portra or Agfa Precisa.

I wasn't keen on Vista 200 at £1 a roll (other than for testing newly acquired used cameras), so they're welcome to it. I much prefer Kodak ColorPlus 200 as an everyday budget type film, which for fresh stock comes in at under £3 a roll including postage.

You might be sitting on gold indeed!

I was torn in selling my polaroid film, but to be honest, most of them are from 2014-5 and at the time I paid 7.5£ for them on 7dayshop, now I have some sealing for 25-6£ already 2 days before the end of the auction! With only 8 shot in the cartridge, it is a lot of money. People are a bit crazy!

On another hand i need money to buy a new van...

Well there doesn't seem to be a love of Vista here as I cleared out a Poundland store of 45 rolls (in date) and directly offered three members here 7 rolls plus £2.80 postage for £10...only one took up the offer. So offer closed and if I need the money will sell on the bay (10 rolls of 200 iso have been sold for £38.85)....h'mm I must have well over 100 rolls of different 35mm and 120 film and even Andy would take years to get through it o_O

It will be ironic if your Fujicolor C200 sells for less than the Agfa Vista 200, since it is the same film in different packaging.

Lol, this is interresting to know!

Indeed my bundle (5xFujicolor C200 and 1xSuperia 200) has 15 viewers and is at 3.2pounds
While the bundle (6x agfa vista 200) has 26 viewers and is already at 16pounds

My word, might have to see what I've got left too.

For me it was just for testing cameras, and at £1 a roll it was ok. Fair play to you, that's turned out to be a nice surprise :D

I hope the price is going up... my drawer full of Poundland's Finest might just end up being my only retirement plan :P

One funny thing is out of 41 listing i have sold this time on ebay, i got paid for 39, 1 hasn't paid yet but apologies by message and said he will be paying shortly. Leaving one buyer which hasn't paid and hasn't answer my messages. This is the agva 200 buyer! Maybe he came round here and felt a bit stupid after reading this thread!
