Probably a silly question but I'm trying to speed up my work flow, what i normally do is import Raw files into lightroom for normal edits then any other extended edits are done in CS5, the problem comes when i want to save the finished files from CS5, i normally have 2 folders one for the large files and one for resized images for web viewing etc, so when i go to save in folder 1 i have to scroll through my pictures to find the folder for the large files, then do the same for the smaller ones as by default the save box inevitably shows other folders first, i find this trawling through my pictures to find the folders a real pain sometimes, so is their a way of getting to the folders quicker or is this just the way it is ? any advice greatly appreciated, many thanks in advance :)

When you save from CS5, the image should appear back in LR. Only export images to the resized folder when you are happy with everything and export through LR.

As Andy says above, you would be better off coming back to Lightroom, and making your small versions there. When you want to edit in PS, right click in LR, use the context menu to edit in PS, and the new image will be added back to the LR catalog next to the original. No need to choose where you save at all, just use the default "save" action and it will go back to the same folder as the original image.

Export all your images via LR after this.
