When you see a lens for sale online and ask the shop to take some demo shots so you can get an idea about sharpness and contrast, and they send shots that are either blank (beige) or appear to have been hand held for a 1.6 second exposure.
Is this a subtle way of saying "if you're asking these types of questions then this lens is probably not for you"?
