Is Nik sharpener pro 3 PS plugin better than Lr sharp

Hello

Just want some people's opinions, I use Lr and ps regularly but I have recently found nik plugin software for ps good especially the sharpener software it's detailed and my images look more sharper than using Lr or ps sharpening is it meant to be this good anyone with experience

Personally I much prefere PK sharpener, but LR4 has much improved sharpening and noise reduction, not sure your getting much benifit if any from using Nik now.
 
That's the thing been an experienced Lr user and currently using lr4 I'm seen quiet a difference on certain images when viewing at 1:1 ratio
 
No I left output off I guess if I'm decreasing the size I should add it what's your opinion on this and setup as regard sharpness during export if any (low-med -high)?
