Is it possible?

If you look carefully in this picture you can just see the deer's breath. Is it possible to make it more obvious? I tried a bit of dodging but it just looked wrong. Any suggestions gratefully received

I duplicated the layer then changed the blend mode to screen.
Then Alt click on the quick mask tool.
Then using the paintbrush on a low opacity and set to white I brushed where I wanted to lighten the image.

It seems to work ok but you will need to spend a little more time on it than I have.

May be possible to do something with a bigger file. That's only 56.3kb - not much to work with.

try quick selection tool on breath, then a levels layer then have a play,
this was a quick play more time better results,
