hello all,
just wondered if anybody out there has had the same problem as me, only just got my eos 20d body back from lehmanns, after having to have a new shutter fitted (£163), when i bought it from a member off here, who said the camera had only done 7000 shots,ha ha ha, but who has not been on since i informed him of the problem. but thats another story.
well got it back, and tried it out this week with the grip it came with, which is a YXTM C40D.
My problem is that when using the shutter release button on the grip, while shooting in portrait format, the camera fires away no problem, but when i use the shutter release button on the body, it does not always fire straight away, sometimes it take a couple of seconds to fire and then it does not fire at all.
Any ideas, i have done the usual things new fully charged batteries, cleaned contacts on grip, etc.
before i decide to get rid of the grip, and use the camera on its own, i hope someone out there will give me the remedy to my problem.
cheers all, happy snapping
