is it legal to refuse a pregnant woman the toilet

Ps... Have you ever let a pregnant women wee in your helmet when you were in uniform?! :naughty:

No!

I did once arrest a woman for urinating on an HSBC cash machine (she was squatting on the keypad - don't ask), and I once took a sectioned mental woman to hospital, only for her to strip naked outside the hospital and do a number 2 in their revolving door. :help:

Oh, and once a robber managed to pee on my boots under his cell door. I was talking to him at the wicket (the gap in the door), and the dirty little git had pressed his nob up against the door on the other side and was silently letting it all come out while he was speaking to me. I was not a happy bunny.

Other than that, no - nobody's ever urinated on any item of my uniform or equipment with permission

Your gripe should be with your local council for closing all public toilets and not with privately owned business on the high street.

As a owner of a cafe I would not have refused your wife the use of our toilets, but unfortunately the trouble we have with druggies, vandals etc its easier to say no to everyone.
