Seems obvious to me that you're giving them the right to do what they want with your images, including change them and sell them to their customers.

Yes, there seems to be enough plain English scattered around Paragraph 5 to suggest this is the case.

As a photo targeted service IMO for clarity even if the most salient part by the nature of the way terms are drawn up is "buried" in the whole, that section should be mentioned in a pre-amble to the terms and also made more prominent! For the company to as needed fall back on the "well it was all in the terms...." is disingenuous
