20D or even 350D with 50mm f/1.8 (about £250 used) would pretty much destroy it. The video explained that they could have used cheap lighting solutions (cheap reflectors, floodlights, bed linen, etc). Now the trouble with iphone is that the image still lacks definition after a number of hours of photoshopping. 20D 50mm kit with basic lights could take care of the same job in an instant with only minimal tweaking required. The point is that iphone image was extremely expensive in terms of time.
 
These were taken with older iphone ,my wife received her iphone4 end of last week and the camera is quite impressive along with the HD video .

Just to add ,the video was real fun to watch :)
