iPhone 5 vs Samsung Galaxy S3?

Thanks for all your advice guys, I went for the iPhone in the end for a couple of reasons, firstly staying with apple meant the least amount of hassle for me, all devices still talk to each other, use the same simple operating system. I was also less than impressed at the feel of the SG3, it felt really plasticy (is that a word?) compared to the quality feel of the iPhone, which really feels and handles as a premium product (premium price i know).

Thanks again

Get the camera plus app or the free Smugmug one. Normal camera app isn't great. Colours not as good as on earlier iPhones.

I have an iPhone 5, had a 4 previously. After getting the 5 I was a little disappointed as it didn't really feel different to use than my 4. I bought a Galaxy S3 and put a payg sim into to use them side by side and decide which to keep.
I ended up keeping the iPhone, there were things I liked about the S3 but just so used to the iPhone and simply it just works.

iPhone 6 impression. Hmm, those touch buttons are original, aren't they?

Moving music onto my s2 is a piece of!? I simply hook it up to my wireless network, and copy the files over using astro file manager - it's much easier than logging onto my computer, and then having to open up itunes, which is what I have to do with the iPad...

Can you get Spotify for Android? I only ask as I have no clue if an app exists for it.

Yep, Spotify is the shizzle, especially being able to take your playlists offline to listen to (in the car, in my case)

If tou wanted to give android a go, I would personally choose the HTC One X (+) over the S3.

Not much difference in specs to base a decision on, but I do rate the build quality of the HTC higher than the S3.
