Hi, i am now on my third cracked screen after a fall in the quarry last night ,i only have to look at the screen and its cracked ,its cost me £50 a go to repair however this time the display as gone cant see or do anything with it ,i am not very technical when it comes to phones and i want to change over to the sony range ,i am a little confused on the sim card side of it because the iphone i believe is a small sim unlike other phones ,could anyone help with the best way i should go about getting all my data of my iphone and installing on a new sony phone .i dont use my iphone on the pc so i am not familiar with that side ,i am also contracted with O2 any help would be apreciated .Thanks

I could write all sorts about cloud and synchronising etc. But hey if you don't use a pc/mac and aren't technical it wont go anywhere.

Why not just do this instore with o2. They can help.

Hi i am quite happy popping in to a store to do it,i just wamt to know if its possible ,just found out mine is a nano sim and i can get a adapter ,the resat i will have to see if the store can transfer my contacts and set up my email

It is possible, no problem at all. And O2 should just give you a new sim. No need to mess about with adapters.

Absolutely, not sure whether they will when you get your phone elsewhere. But at least they should give you a correct sized sim free of charge.

Sony have free software to help move from ios, including matching apps to their android counterparts
