Iphone 4s case - all round protection recommendation?

I have a 3GS and have been happy with incase slider and screen protector

However looking at 4s this combo results in the screen protector lifting up and bubbling

Other choice i see is speck candyshell / flip / satin

Any other choices for back, side, front lip protection hard case which is thin and light?

i have the "barely there" with a screen protector (not included) and its very thin while offering good protection.

other option is otterbox, they also do similar cases.
