This is o2 though, so it'll probably be a free update to Blackberry :lol:
 
My contract is now out. I will be getting one. My 3G was bought in New Zealand and has been factory unlocked since day one.
I hope this will sell to help fund the new one.
 
Out of intrest, what providers in the UK will have it from day one? Just O2 or the lot?
 
Looks like all of them if the rumours are good...

Not seen anything official except o2 though...

I would've thought it'll come onto all - Vodafone, Orange, Tesco. O2 only had an exclusivity for was it 3 years or something?

I've had an iphone since the first 2g first came out and still not bored of it yet. Can't find another phone that even comes close :D

A mate of mine on facebook has 1 he is like you guys he cant live without it.
 
its just a polished phone, thats not super great as a phone but pretty slick as a media device, personally I have an android handset as I want the world on the handset, not just what Steve says I can have, but from a hardware point of view the new one looks pretty sexy :)
 
When I meet you lot I dont want how ever many people there are comparing apps on iphone or ipads or IKNOWNOTHINGs lol

Can I ask what you would have deemed spectacular from this phone? What would have made you say, now that is a good device? As far as I can see, it has overtaken almost anything on the market in terms of the whole package.

I don't think many have jumped ship and certainly will not now, this has basically 1upped every device on the market for the majority of users.

I will be getting one! My 3g was out of contract a couple of months back, so hopefully o2 will do some deal? Likely or not?

Looks lovely and some nice new features!

I sat and read through the MacRumors twitter feed, and at first nothing really jumped out and made me go "WOW!!".
However, having spent the evening going through the bits on the Apple site, as a whole package I think this is gonna be spectacular :love:

There's a history of the little things making the whole so much more. The accelerometer was one, I think the new gyroscope is gonna be the next.
