Apple have just released details of the iPhone 4 "Free Case" offer. It's available via an iPnone app.

Very quick and easy to do. Selection of cases available, most of which have a 3-5 week delivery.

Here's the link to the web page. You need to download the app to your phone to order the case. Just did it took less than a minute to download and order.

I need to look at claiming my two cases back. Bought two IPhone 4 handsets and bumbers.. assuming they will offer a refund on cases already bought with an IPhone.
 
I'd be very carefull to read the T's and C's just to make sure that taking up this offer doesn't remove rights to a refund if the goods are deemed not of merchantable quality.

This is Apple squirming because they have been caught with their pants down.

Apple kit is superb no doubt but with all the latest issues they aren't doing themselves any favours.

You'll need to check with the store you purchased them from.As far as I am aware Apple are only refunding for bumpers and cases bought from Apple. It appears, that refunds have already started to be processes, according to some US reports
 
Got an email last night to say my card would be refunded for the bumper I bought. I bought 2 phones though so I should also be entitled to another bumper or case FOC.
 
not exactly a wide choice on colours either!! considering apple are meant to be doing the bumper in a multitude of colours why only provide the black one foc ?!?
