Ipaq pocket PC + raw

I was wondering whether to try and find one of thise pocket PDA things.
Im not sure what is around but I was wondering which if any have the following items.

Wifi
Something I could plug a Card reader into
The ability to look at raw files as well as jpg


Anyone know if they can do this, and which I should look around for.

I have an iPaq hx2490. It has a CF and SD card slot so can view files on both cards.
Quality is good. I never needed to view raw files so dont have a raw image viewer on it, but if you take Raw + jpeg, the jpegs show.

The hx4700 has a larger screen, so it would be a good choice. Both have Wi Fi and bluetooth and can view in portrait and landscape.

Definately worth getting.
