iPad replacement for Lightroom

I’ve finally decided to look at alternatives to LR, my use case doesn’t justify the cost any longer.

My initial thought was to use Canons product as that’s what I used before Adobe, but whilst the desktop version is still free, they charge for the iPad version.

I’m not averse to paying, but I have to weigh time to learn v cost, so if something is too fiddly it’s easier to just use LR.
 
There are quite a few useful features in Canon DPP that are now behind a pay wall.

I use LR but every so often I have a dabble in DPP - the other week I was looking at "in focus" focus points to try to improve my technique.

I'll be stopping one of our many video streaming services before I stop paying for LR

If i remember correctly, if you go to cancel your Adobe subscription, it puts you through to some retention page and you get a significant discount... might be worth googling "how to get adobe lightroom for cheap" or "half off".
 
Not sure what you are using LR for but the iPad version of Affinity Photo is excellent and it was free not sure if it still is
