iPad help

Hi TP

I've just downloaded the TP app for iPad. Now I cannot get on App Store because of the white box - I can't get rid of it. What do I do please? I'm new to iPad, I only got it today.

Just click anywhere on the screen away from the white box and it will go away.

Thanks Mandy. I've tried that, it won't go away. It's there every time I open App Store and I'm unable to access the site. I can still scroll through the info on the white box but it won't disappear. Is there anything else I can do? I've tried clearing history and cookies but to no avail.

Not sure what your doing wrong as it works on mine

Are you tapping just below the white box that's where I tap on my iPad.

Double press the home button then swipe up on the App Store, that'll kill the program

Or just press the OPEN box and when you come back to the App Store it will be fine.
