IP Cameras - Does anyone have one?

Basically our Baby monitor we have at the moment is being killed by all the other wireless frequencies been thrown round our house. So i thought that one of these would be a good replacement (its cheaper too!!) I know you can use the iPhone as a monitor along with android tablets and PCs. The main thing if possible that we would like to use as a monitor would be the Iphone or Android (if its better). My only concern is how good is the camera at sending Video and Audio, but also is does the iPhone time out and go into sleep/lock mode? I'm hoping not as it would be pointless as a monitor. I would like to find this out before buying one.

Any help would be really appreciated.

This is likely to be made by a Chinese company called Foscam, there are lots on eBay. They work ok for a basic security or monitoring camera. You can access the picture via your web browser so on an iPhone it will eventually time out and switch the screen off, so no good if you wanted it on all the time. Other tablets, etc. may have other settings to turn this off.
