Anyone here any good at making invitations?
its my mums 60th coming up inmay, and would prefer personalised invites, have been told it's easy enough to do, but i wouldn't know where to start!!

anyone able to help?

What kind do you want? Just something that you can print off at home? Or something a bit more special?

any thing - would pay to have them all done, or not a problem to get one and then print them all off myself

When it comes to bespoke stuff I find bringing it all together in PowerPoint is a good way of doing DTP-esque work. The final piece is grabbed via 'Prt Sc' on the slideshow display, then gets cropped and resized in your imaging program

How many do you need Stu and what exactly do you want?

I've done quite a bit of this stuff and I also make handmade cards.
If you just want something put together that you can print off yourself, I'm more than happy to make something up and EMail the file to you.

If you want something a bit more special - ie. you'd like actual invitation cards printed up with some ribbon / flowers / accessories of some sort included on them, I could do that too (as long as you don't need too many) - but I would have to ask you to pay something for materials.
