Intrusive Lightroom 3

I have Adobe Lightroom 3 on my computer and every time I boot up Lightroom opens immediately even when I dont want it and I have to close it down. It is becoming a bloomin nuisance and I have removed and reinstalled it in case there was an option to stop it opening automatically as in Elements 10. Can anyone help please. merv:bonk:

When it starts up is it in import mode? If it is and you have a EHD connected then LR is probably set to auto import and you need to change it.

This is the setting you need. Make sure it's unticked.
