Introduction

Hi all, just joined. Been a while since I've been part of a photography forum as I was without a camera for ages. Had to sell my dslr because I have trouble with my hands and found it too heavy to use for long periods.

I have now bought myself a Panasonic FZ48 which is just about right for me and am looking forward to using it and sharing pics etc.

I do wish the rain would go away though as I'm too scared to take it out with me until I find a suitable rain cover. Lol.

Anyway, looking forward to seeing and sharing pics and tips etc.

That's if I ever get to go out with my new toy, constant rain and I can't find a weatherproof cover for it at the moment. Poop.

Awwww....is the rain that bad out there? And to think I was missing UK and thinking of moving back.

Anyway Alison summer is not over yet, there is still July and August left.

Apparently they've said this could go on another six months. Hope not. Lol.

All I need is something to protect the camera and I can still get to use it regardless, shopping this week methinks.
