My wife has an EOS 60D, along with a 50mm, 10-22mm (favourite), and 17-85mm lens.
After visiting a recent exhibition, she saw, and was attracted to the round, fisheye perspectives.
I'm reluctant to splash out for any high-end proper lens if this is a fad, but I would like to get something (if possible) that can give her an introduction to fisheye work.
Any experts out there who could possibly advise on what's available/suitable; to be honest I'm even unsure how the EF-S crop factor would affect things?

Firstly let me say they are different and used correctly they can be fun, but it is easy to overdo the concept.
I have the15mm diagonal which is rarely used but on its occasional foray it does produce some interesting effects , I am not sure how I would get on with a circular fisheye and I am not spending the sort of money required to get the canon 8-15 zoom which does both on FF
Quite what is available for a crop other than the Sigma 8mm and the Samyang I don't know.
How you progress I don't know but I would certainly see if you can hire one before spending money,it could prove to be an expensive mistake

I hesitate to describe myself as an expert, but I know a bit about this. A few years ago I found that I was getting a lot of customers asking the same question, so I wrote a blog post to answer it for them. And for you.

I suggest you might want to read that first (it's not long) and then get back to me here if you would like clarification of any points.
