Who uses words like Noobies and Stfu?

After speaking to Pete I am now In the mood to talk that kind of lingo even though most Internet words confuse me because I'm used to normal English..:gag:

fwiw imo not me pmsl

lolz irc ftw tbh kthxbi

To be honest, I cant stand people who use noob, for some reason it anoys me. other than that, its just a case if getting used to it really. IRC is the place to be if you want to talk like that.

ihgafc

I saw you in the TP channel a few days ago lol, noob!.

I know what a chatroom Is just not the Internet codeword for It.

I found out what Goatse means thanks to Pete.:(

It brought back horrible memories of Lemon Party and some Noob emailing me horrible pics when I used to have a Geocities page when I was 16.

Pete will PAY!:rules:

omgwtfbbqkthxbye

i use internet lingo in real life, but then I have been pwning n00bs since 1989

I'm only just getting to grips with text talk  I prefer conversations in proper English as at least then I have half a clue what you are all talking about!

What exactly is pwn... and am I gonna regret asking?

Personally I quite hate the internet lingo. It's a mixture of mobile txt speak/ irc chat / FPS multiplayer games chat and despite the fact I work for a rather colourful mobile phone company it annoys me to read it. I do use it occasionally but the fact that I have to interpret what 'ppl' (see what I did there ?) say in chats / forums etc does irritate !!

But you have to move with the times and keep in with the yoof of today ;) Damn mobile phone generation....

Thankfully net speak predates txt'ing so what we do is cool. What they do is very annoying.

True, but it's the teenagers of today that believe they invented the l33t speak when I was hearing the phrases on the net before they were even born ! :gag:
