Interfit help!

Hi,
I've just purchased an Interfit Cool Lite 5 (single head kit) for a specific job but, there are'nt any instructions other than a single sheet on how to put the softbox together. Does anyone know how the reflector is attached to the head. There are three knurled / threaded posts which the reflector locates on but they won't tighten in a way that will secure it. There is also a cast alloy ring with various holes in it for the softbox rods but again I can't see how that attaches to the head. Any thoughts or solutions welcome.
 
erm I have an ex150 kit and that has a ring that goes into the head, then there are placcy thingys that sit in the ring that the rods go into, then the rods go into them and the cover goes over the rods and the diffusers attatch to the cover.

not the best description I'm afraid, have you tried googling for a manual?
 
Yes, thank you for your input - managed to find a downloadable set of instructions. What caused a lot of confusion was the two springy clips that assist in holding the speedring in place had been bent and distorted (how it came out of the box!) to the point where they did'nt make contact. As soon as I saw the illustration of how they should be everything fell into place.
 
cunning, I get that with the reflectors on my heads - clips bend to buggery for no good reason

stupid cheap kit :D
