My wife gave me an Interfit Ex1500 Mark II kit for christmas. Today is the first chance I have had to put it together. I watched the DVD and followed it along. All going well until I tried to put the heads into the softbox. The DVD says turn it and it drops in. However, the speedring only has 1 cut-out and the head has 2 "lugs".

If anybody has an EX150 II can you check yours please.
I have also contacted the company that it was bought from and their web site (as does all the google searches I have done) show no speedrings like this.
