Interfit Cool lite 5 kit

Hi All, I have just bought an Interfit cool lite 5 kit from warehouseexpress. Has anyone used these lights? Also what do people think of flash V continuos??

Never used them.

Flash not continuous for me.

I just bought the interfit 150ex from jessops, they gave me £20 off becuase it had a scratch

I normally use flash but a client wants me to do a product shoot for a catalog and continuous would be better for that, but I will have a play at portraiture with it as well just to see the difference.
