To sumarise:
Model borrows clothes from company promising some shots in reutun, but fails to arrange this with the photographer.
Photos are issued to the model watermarked with a personal use licence letter.
Model passes on photos which are edited and cropped to remove watermark, used on company website.
Photographer claims infringement but company won't pay so it goes to court.
Photographer wins but doesn't get as much as hoped for.
