Hi

After many months of struggling to find my way in photogarphy I am slowly coming back to my old self (sorry peoples). So I thought I would post this:-

I was in a well know camera shop in Surrey yesterday (and nope its not Jessops) ear wigging into someone elses conversation, they were talking about the difference between a 400D and a Pentax K100D. Apparantly the K100D is of a far superior build quality as it weighs more..

Well if thats the case we would all be going out and buying Nikon D2's or Canon 1D's.

Made me chuckle anyway...

Yeah but my 40D is better because it weighs more upsidedown

Bonus points for the first person to name the book I poached that from ;)

Delia Smith's Guide to weighing Spring Onions?

Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy?

101 strange things about the properties of Mass you didn't know and were too afraid to ask?

All 3 mention it at least once I think, am I right?

Nope, come on you LAZY bunch, one of you must know - yes, that's half a clue there...

No idea pxl8 but referring to the op's point, the k100d has a stainless steel chassis and thussly is of superior build quality so nyer nyer and well done that salesman :)

woooooohoooooooo

At last proof my Vectra is better than a Lotus :D
