Went around town looking for travel insurance but none offer travel insurance that cover single items such as an SLR for as much as i need. What travel insurance do you guys recommend or suggest?

Get your camera gear on your house insurance and pay the extra premium, if you let them know you want it insured for theft damage or anything else worldwide it should be fine, you just need to be very specific with them so nothing is left to chance, that's what i did anyway

It's not my house (complicated) and i rather get my own specific insurance for this.

Don't you have contents to insure? Cameras usually end up on specified or unspecified all risks sections of contents insurance.
However if it is for a specific trip you might get it on your travel insurance.

Like i said, its not my property (technically), and i rather get my own insurance for the week and not mess with the hassle of adding it to the contents insurance.
Hence why i asking. :nuts:
