My wife is off to see our daughter in Oz after Xmas and would like to take my Sony A73 with single lens, with her. total value of kit, max £2k.
Day to day - and because the kit is rarely used at the moment - I tend to rely on home insurance.
But with a specific trip and it being used by someone who doesn’t usually take responsibility for it, I think I ought to think about specific cover.
I appreciate that I could set up a separate annual policy and include overseas trips, but is there any type of insurance you know of which covers specific trips to a maximum of say 30 days and nothing else - I.e. a 30 day policy.
I suspect not, but thought I’d ask anyway.
