Morning all,

I have seen that the above is on offer again for £49.00 and had a search here to see what i could find.

Has anyone actually competed this, is it worth the £49.00?

My current level is pretty much a beginner with the odd good shot, but obviously id like to learn more.

The actual diploma course is currently out of budget - even the "scuffed" one at £430.00.

I have no intentions to make a business out of it, i would just like the amount of keepers to be higher and be more creative.

Is it going to be a waste of my time and money?

Thanks in advance

A

I'm no expert so might get shot down here but what do you get for your £49.

The cost is not that much more than a years subscription to a decent magazine from which you could learn or the cost of a couple of decent photography books.

Just my humble opinion you understand

Different people learn differently, An online course would be a waste for me, I'd find excuses for not doing it, especially if it'd cost less than £50.

Whereas when I paid to take my C&G at the local college, it cost a few hundred and I had to physically go out to it every week, so there was no making excuses.

The other thing is, as a businessman, I can't see how I could possibly sell something that genuinely has a value of £599 for £99. That just doesn't seem 'right', I'd go out of business.

You could have googled 'institute of photography reviews' too ;)
