Got really pee'ed off today.
I posted a photo on instagram, after a little while I got a notification that someone had commented on the picture. When I looked at the comment, it read "you stole this photo from me, WTF" followed by link to a photo on Facebook that didn't work when I clicked on it.
I check the dudes profile, he has no photos, no followers and isn't following anyone.
I deleted the post and reported it as spam/offensive.
Does this happen a lot on there???
I really upset me.

Did you have to log in to Facebook from the link in the comment? Sounds like phishing to me.
 
Sounds like a possible phishing attempt to me.

There's so many of these around Instagram lately! Don't worry bout it. It's phrased so you would click on it, which you did, I'd be more worry about that?
 
Soloution: Steer clear of instagram.

It's horrendous at the best of times.
 
You didn't login or enter any information after clicking the link did you?

If you entered your facebook login details, go an change your password NOW.

You should be aiming higher than Instagram! :lol:

I thought it was going to be the fact that people take sheddy photos on their phones and add terrible effects that annoys you, that just sends me on rage :lol:

I set my standards low, still fail to achieve them most of the time too. Lol.
 
I keep getting 'xxx took a photo of you'. When I check they are of skulls, goths etc. wondered what was going on and googled my own name. Turns out a I share it with a dead goth rock star...

Make sure you change your password on all other sites that use the same email address and password as they will more than likely be trying all sorts of avenues to gain more info about you

Email accounts, eBay, Paypal etc
