Inspiration? - I need some

I am stuck at home, yet again. On a glorious sunny day. Very annoyed because of this. I'm getting bored of snapping my cats all the time because I can't be creative and come up with new angles/shots to take of them, and everything is the same.

Was at the local rescue centre yesterday finally snapping dogs again and I loved it. Can't do this here, or today so am looking for any ideas from anyone at all?

Dave, sorry for my noobiness, never worked with lights/in a studio type environment and therefore havnt looked into lights/lighting at all, what woulda that soft lighting studio provide me with/benefit me? It looks pretty snazzy I must say
