Morning all... and how are we all this morning? Anyone do anything good over the weekend, or got something good to look forward to this week?
 
Splendid wedding yesterday - just sorting pics :D Hows was yours?
 
Oh up and down... Personal life is not so wonderful right now. However, i'm having a lot of fun facing up to new challenges. Looking forward to some plans i've made for the future, which i won't divulge here yet, but they are exciting (for me anyway).

Ah I was a guest but there was no official photographer - so I took a few (hundred) Lol

I don't have the skills to be a wedding tog!!! Yet :D
 
hehe... as you do... And then spend a day cutting and editing... Personally speaking, i've learnt to be really brutal when I review my photo's now. If they don't cut the mustard for ANY reason they get deleted unless they were only ever intended to be a record of events. It's borne out of necessity more than anything, especially since I switched to shooting raw exclusively.
 
yep - many have bitten the dust from yesterday - but I still keep too many - I'm hoping the B&G will like what I end up with - I was the only dslr in a sea of compacts and how many times did I hear 'ooh are you the official photographer' errr no :D

Hehe. yep, been there, done that. It's especially so if you have a big lens and flash gun on show too... Add in an off camera flash bracket and bingo!

Now, where's my other prospective playmates tonight? Zooki, Toothie, Galaxy, where art thou?

My last wife had beautiful curly hair. Was her best feature :)

I'm ok on the whole. The Gf saga continues, although i've pretty much written her off. However, it would seem she has yet to reciprocate so it will be interesting to see what she has to say in due course. She got in touch to say she would get in touch again once she wasn't so upset. Other than that, not a lot new. I'm feeling the need to do a full and slow day of togging, where I really take my time composing the shots. The weather is meant to be improving this week so I might get to do that.

looking for desgins for my birthday cake
moving in 2 weeks so packing things up
trying to find a job
trying to loose a lot of weight and its making me grumpy so boyfriend is ****y with me, also havent seen him in over a month which isnt good

but there are always far worse off people in the world so im happy with my problems at the moment.

if you need to tog you should go to london and just be another invisible person, i love doing that, sitting at a cafe all day taking photos of the business crowd
 
Moving, as in heading back up north to uni?

Still no luck on the job front then? Can't say it's a good economy for work right now. Not only do we the credit crunch but also a country filled to the brim with people needing to work.

BF's can be hard work. I should know ;) Being away from each other for so long can really strain things. However, as my old mum always says, if it's mean to be it will be. When will you get to see him again?

Togging in london eh? Well been there, done that. I'm thinking more along the lines of heading into the country and sitting up all night waiting for a magic dawn moment or a spot of a nocturnal creature. Maybe a romantic sunset the night before... You know the sort of thing...
 
no, parents are moving

no luck on job front, aye to be fair my family was one of them that moved over here to find work so i cant complain lulz.
not seeing the boy until 1st august for my birthday celebrations in coventry :(
go and sit at the top of a hill and go camping.
 
I'm sure a lot of people who moved here for work will think about moving on as the work dries up, especially if they are homesick.

1st august isn't far away. I bet you have a great time and he'll be as pleased as punch to see you.

I will, I'm planning a bit of travel in August. In the meantime I think my bed beckons, so i'll bid you goodnight.
