Did that earlier and after a pot of tea, the last plain chocolate digestives, a small bowl of fruit salad I was stuck with the need to do something ...

I wonder how "rare" this is, as I have gone through episodes of it; hasn't stressed me out or anything, just been bloody irritating - the sound of a heavy door being slammed just as i'm dropping off. At least I can laugh at the name of it now I found it mentioned somewhere.
 
I actually managed to sleep right through from 9pm until 7 this morning and then I went back and slept for another hourish

Not sure if there are parallels but the outline matches my rare migraine episodes with the added girework display that can accpany it.

Just caught the insomnia bug. Me and the missus are wide awake.

She is on her Kindle , I'm on my phone. So I thought I would check in , and give this bread a bump :-)
