Ink jet paper

Not sure if this is the right slot for this but I am sure it will be moved if it is incorrect.

Just a heads up that Poundland are offering A4 inkjet paper at £1 (naturally) for 18 sheets ( 5.5p per sheet)

Whilst this will not produce exhibition quality prints....my first efforts have shown it to be more than fine for those images that you are asked for by friends and neighbours who will be more than satisified with the end result.

A4, 200gsm ( seems lighter) and gloss finish......10/10 for value

Printed two good images for distribution to the old lady up the road...not issues at all.....Canon inks on canon ip5000 and they beat anything from the high street printers. No smearing or any other problems....maybe you were using different inks?

Again not for your best shots but for give-aways and proofs more than acceptable

Others have said they may fade...so what....if you want archival quality pay for it...if not why waste money on top notch paper for what I call give-aways?

they do fade and takes a while for the ink to dry. But at the price you cant go wrong for little snaps, etc. I wouldnt use it for holiday photo's etc as i want them to last.
