Hi Guys and Girls!


Need loads of Information regarding Harrow(LONDON) as my daughter has just announced to us she is goint there to Uinversity. She was going elsewhere now she has changed her mind (typical woman LOL)... nearest airports,trains buses etc info all welcome and if anyone has went there to the uni of westminister all info welcome also.....will post more as i recieve more questions as required!!!!:help:
 
NW London suburb, well known private school, damned expensive area but outer areas are cheaper. Nearest airport probably Heathrow but not too far from Luton either. Good access to central London and also nearby countryside.
Close to Watford which is a good area for shopping and nightlife.

Wasnt aware they had a Uni, she should enjoy it.

Had a mate lived there for years, good transport (tube/bus) links, bit run down even round the college but all London is isn't it?
 
i lived nearby for a while, and its one of the areas i cover for my job.
wasnt aware there is a Uni there, though.. whats it called?

Harrow is quite big, and has lots of tube and bus stations.. which part of harrow is the uni in?
 
ahh i see.. she's at northwick park
its not really in Harrow, its just outside.. Has a big hospital right next to it.. northwick park tube is nearby on the metropolitan line, so is Kenton on the bakerloo line. You can get to Watford mainline station from Kenton too.
harrow on the hill, is nearby. its a strange old village on top of a hill that seems to have sprouted up.. Its very nice though.
Harrow town centre is a short walk away and has two shopping centres.
She's at the more nicer end of Harrow anyway :)
 
the uni is uni of westminister it is really only a campus i have since found out.
