Hi
I'm new to this forum and hope someone out there can help out with a question that I have.
Recently I had a couple of my Photographs chosen to be used in a 5 star hotel in the suites. They are going to be repeated around 300 times. I have been asked to give a price but I honestly don't know how I should figure out the right price. Until now I have done architectural jobs which I usually calculate differently.
has anyone had this experience before or can someone give me some pointers to get a correct price for everyone?

Thanks

I would suggest inputting the requirements to Getty. You would be acting as a potential buyer and this would give you a ballpark figure of what they would charge. You could then price yours accordingly.

Another option is come to an arrangement and have them priced up for sale in the rooms and replace them for free or at cost.

I'm presuming you're just supplying the digital file, as opposed to the entire framed products. Therefore there are no costs for you, which is good. I would price it in a way that comes across low, i.e. offering something like £20 per room/print without any time or location restrictions. That should net you a tidy £6k. If you lead with £6k, it might scare them off. Laying it out as just £20 per room sounds like a bargain.
