Undecided India - Delhi photo guides

I am going on a Golden Triangle photography workshop in January 2026, staying on after the tour in Delhi for a few days. (Delhi is not one of the featured locations in the tour). I would like to use the services of a guide, ideally one who specialised in photography and would know the best shooting locations for sunrise and sunset golden and blue hours

I have the app "Get your guide" which lists 50 guided tours, which seem to be general tourism as none mention the golden or blue hours. On that basis I'm assuming they aren't the best for me.

Does anyone have any contacts or suggestions as to where I might seek out the most appropriate guides?

I have seen a You-tuber who promotes his services, but sadly he is Kolkata based and I haven't been able to find one based in Delhi


PS: No idea what the significance of The prefix label is - none of the categories seemed relevant

I can't offer advice on guides, but we visited Delhi and TGT in 2011, and there is so much to see in the well known places that you may only need a guide for personal convenience. Hope you enjoy the trip.

Prefixes are there to help the reader find posts of interest - there's no need to use one if it doesn't suit your thread.

Thanks for the reply, I was hoping to get some help in being at optimal viewpoints at the best times and hopefully not just get tourist "record shots"


Regards the prefix, I wasn't able to post to the forum without selecting one of the drop down options, with a pop up message directing me to complete it before allowing the post to be submitted
 
Hire a taxi driver for the day, select one that speaks good English and he will show the popular spots (from your list) just tell him when you want to be there, and the not so popular.
He will also know the good cafe and restaurants.

3000rp should be plenty
